CRO Manager

Komplett Bank is an innovative, digital consumer financing bank. We aim to create good customer experiences. Since 2014 our task has been to offer flexible consumer financing for everyone, with solutions and products customized to our customers’ needs and challenges.

The CRO Manager will identify ways of improving digital user experience to increase conversion of traffic for all products. The role reports to Head of Customer Experience.  

 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Be an important contributor in the product and process development in the bank.
  • Contribute to managing and optimizing website and landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and application funnel for all products.
  • Ensure tracking and measurement to support data-driven customer flows.
  • Develop and improve web tracking taxonomy.
  • Be the initiator to continually A/B-test, useability test, analyze and drive improvements.
  • Prioritize new features by ranking them against the strategic goals and initiatives.
  • Participate in making UX design, mockups, wireframes, and prototypes of new interfaces.
  • Define functional description and make the business requirement specification for new features in line with brand guidelines.
     

Experience and qualifications:

  • Higher education, minimum bachelor’s degree, within areas of marketing, business administration or design.
  • Experience with digital marketing and e-commerce.
  • Experience with CRO, analytics and relevant tools within area.
  • Knowledge of UX design is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and oral language skills, in both native Scandinavian language and English.
